Nikita Chadha

We’ve had the pleasure to work with Nikita Chadha for over 4 years now and will continue to collaborate whenever the opportunity arises!  Nikita is a knowledgeable, skilled and engaging presenter and facilitator.  She’s adept and professional and able to engage and communicate with a range of audiences- from general public to academics to government. Her passion for her subject (with our work on intersectionality and health, particularly endometriosis) and desire to connect with audiences makes her someone we seek out whenever we can and recommend widely to our networks.

Nikita has chaired a panel and run a writing workshop for Arachne Press in the last couple of years. She combines rigorous time keeping and attention to detail with an extraordinary level of care for participants and fellow panelists. She is particularly good at listening, reflecting and coming up with intelligent and relevant responses and follow-up questions, that draw out the best in others. Everyone involved feels taken care of respected and listened to. Nikita creates a uniquely safe space for discussing difficult topics. I would ask her again without hesitation.

I had the pleasure of attending a workshop with Nikita and what an amazing experience it was! Nikita gave a great balance between providing relevant and insightful content coupled with creating a safe space to explore these was brilliant. She has a natural talent for facilitating discussions with equal measure of support and challenge which was greatly appreciated with the emotive content of our session! Nikita has a real passion and knowledge on the topics covered was exceptional with the thoughtful design of the workshop allowed for the content to be absorbed in digestible chunks. As someone who doesn’t consider themselves as a writer, I was pleasantly surprised with how the session unlocked my ability and what I was able to create in the time we had – all testament to the space, support and guidance Nikita provides.

I worked with Nikita on a panel discussion concerning race and identity in response to a new anthology of poetry called Where We Find Ourselves published by Arachne Press. She was a wonderful host, facilitating the conversation with confidence, thoughtfulness and kindness. She asked searching questions which really dissected the topics at hand and left all contributors feeling they’d had a chance to have their say. Highly recommended!
